Abstract
Purpose: To find out if positive judgment in the elderly can increase the self-acceptance of the elderly.
Methodology: This study uses a descriptive correlation design using a cross-sectional study approach with a sample of 52 people, quantitative data, will be analyzed univariate and bivariate with the SPPS program.
Findings: Positive expectation to increase the self-acceptance of the elderly. The elderly who had positive expectations had 4 times the chance of having positive self-acceptance compared to the elderly who did not have positive expectations.
Limitation: Perlu penelitian kualitatif untuk mendapatkan data yang lebih mendalam dan kompleks.
Contribution: The results of this study are very beneficial for the elderly in Palangka Raya City, for the development of elderly health services in the people of Palangka Raya City by health workers.
